After a very long time, to me it is a suprise and coincidence to first discover on internet, the beautiful school in which I was a teacher during 1985-1990 and at the sametime to know through internet that my/our beloved gentle and wise headteacher Clara MAHUNDI and his husband, former Tanzania famous I.G.P. Aaron MAHUNDI passed away. I am writing this while dropping tears for their death. To the whole Upanga Primary School Community, Clara was more than a headteacher, she was a very good and responsible sister and very kind parent to young teachers and pupils. I consider her to be a saint among others in heaven, and that she is praying for us who believe so. I am sure that she left a legacy to all who passed in her hands as a teacher/headteacher and parent. MAY GOD REST HER AND HIS HUSBAND IN ETERNAL PEACE. KAGARAMA John Jacob. RWANDA. 12/02/2016. MAY

Win cable staff are very rude. I changed from CTV to Win. I paid on Tue and they told me they will come same day so i dint go out. Next whole day they dint come and same thing on the phone, false promises that dont leave home they are on the way. On thursday till afternoon nobody came to install cable and they started ignoring our calls. I used different number to call them and when i told them that cancel my subscription and refund back my money, is when Zainab their staff said fundi will come in 30mins. I told her thats enough of lies and just refund my money. And hoaw she tells me my wish

Win Cable customer care extremely poor. They are calling to come to their office instead they send their technician to visit and rectify.

Like some of you I did my Senior Cambridge Exams in 1963 (1958-1963) Branko Vidovic mentioned Mr Ravishankar Trehan, yes I remember him. He inspired me to start a class magazine "Endeavour" when I was in class 7A. In those days in 1958 I did not have the modern day facilities of computers and printers so I had to write the magazine by hand. As an art student in the days of Somabhai and Lalabhai I was able to draw and illustrate the magazine with some flair. I came UK in 1964 and after 50 years in 2014 I returned to Dar es Salaam for the first time. I was able to visit the school and meet the headmaster and in conversation this magazine cropped up and to my surprise he got out an envelope and pulled out a copy of this magazine. A very emotional moment for me indeed. As I have very good hand writing Mr Sharma who was the biology teacher used to reserve my notebook for his own use as I progressed to the next class. I remember Miss Janki. Miss Fernandes, Miss O'Das, Miss Sharma who pronounced Q in a very funny way she used to teach geography so all the students, though they knew the spelling, they used to ask her to spell it. Who else do I remember Mr shastrabudh a maths teacher, Mr Dadubhai, Mr Dave, Miss Vargis Mr G T Jones the principal who was succeeded by Mr Simms how can I forget Bhodo.......the happiest days of my life.
